BUOYED by past success, Integrated boutique developer, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd, will be launching the third phase of its latest mixed- development project, Zeva Studio Apartments, from tomorrow.
Zeva@Equine South, comprising of serviced and studio apartments, plus shop offices, is located in Bandar Putra Permai, Seri Kembangan — providing an ideal residential-commercial combination, it said in a statement.
The Block A and B are 15-storey serviced apartment towers housing 210 and 236 units respectively, while Block C, a 20-storey building, consists of 320 units of studio apartments.
“The first and second phase of Zeva comprising of serviced apartments with 881 square feet onwards have achieved take-up rates of more than 90% within the first month after being launched,” said founder and managing director Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat.
He said the development offers the perfect balance between environment design and lifestyle. He added that 40% of Zeva’s early buyers are recurrent buyers of Trinity’s previous projects – The Zest and The Z Residence.
Each Zeva’s Block C studio unit spans across an area of 454 to 646 sq ft and is priced from RM220,000 onwards. The development also provides buyers various amenities and facilities like a floating gymnasium, three-tier sky terrace, a 50m Olympic-length infinity pool and a sky club. The project is scheduled to be completed in June, 2015, Neoh said.
