Trinity Rainfora will feature a range of facilities including a Rainforest Canopy, Moonlit Skyrun Track, Glamping Forest, Infinity Pool, and Aqua Gym.
Over 40% of the podium and 53% of the sky terrace are dedicated to green spaces, reinforcing the development’s nature-focused design.
Priced from RM530,000 for the smallest units, Trinity Rainfora is aimed at upper-middle-class families and young professionals. It offers various unit sizes to cater to different family needs, including multi-generational living.
The launch also introduced the Gold Assurance Programme, offering buyers extended warranties such as a 36-month Defects Liability Period (DLP), a 10-year roof leak warranty, and a 5-year tiles pop-up warranty, providing peace of mind and long-term value.
