FOLLOWING the recent change of property developer Talam Corp Bhd’s name to Trinity Corp Bhd, integrated boutique developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has come forward to clarify that there is no connection between the two companies.
In a press release yesterday, Trinity Group said none of its associated companies, directors and shareholders are in any way associated with Trinity Corp or any of its subsidiary companies.
“The announcement made by Bursa Malaysia on Aug 18, 2011, regarding Talam Corp’s change of name has caused a lot of confusion among our customers, business partners,” said Trinity Group managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat.
“Unfortunately, many of the reports incorrectly associated Trinity Group to Trinity Corp and/or Talam Corp, which resulted in a number of enquiries coming in to us seeking clarification on this matter,” he added.
Trinity Group was established in 2004 and has since earned its reputation in the property fraternity with an established track record of quality products and services, it said in the press release. As an integrated boutique developer, he said Trinity Group prides itself in delivering “innovative high-value offerings that meet the needs of consumers”.
Some of its key projects to date include The Heron service apartments, 19 Residency zero-lot bungalows and the Zest service apartments. The group has earned its strong track record by consistently completing projects ahead of schedule without compromising on product quality, it said. Trinity Corp, while it was still Talam Corp, emerged out of Bursa Malaysia’s Practice Note 17 (PN17) list in June 2010, having regularised its financial condition after having been admitted to the list since Sept 1, 2006.
