KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd aims to roll out three property projects worth RM1 billion in the Klang Valley within a year. It said the projects are namely, Trinity Wellnessa in Ampang North which is targeted for launch in July 2021, as well as Trinity Enlivea, which is also located in Ampang North, and a mixed development in Bandar Kinrara, both slated for launch next year. “Combined, these three projects constitute an estimated gross development value (GDV) of about RM1 billion,” it said in a statement today. It said the company is also looking to grow its presence in the Klang Valley, beyond its stronghold in Puchong and Bukit Jalil. He said targeted target buyers were those under the age of 35 and first-time homeowners. Acknowledging the challenging market environment, he said the company remains confident that demand for the projects would meet the interest of buyers, driven by strategic location, attractive price-points and compelling concepts featuring innovative designs as well as layouts. – Bernama
