Property developer, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd, expects to launch projects with a gross development value (GDV) of RM640 million this year, says managing director, Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat.
Neoh said the company planned to launch four projects in the Klang Valley this year and 2013.
“We will develop the land in Serdang, USJ 19, Ampang and Taman Melawati.
“The Serdang land will be a mixed development and this is expected to be the first project that we are going to launch this year, somewhere in March,” he told a media briefing after the ceremony to hand over the keys for Zest Point project here today.
The event was officiated by Minister of Housing and Local Government, Datuk Seri Chor Chee Heung. Neoh said currently, the company was undertaking two projects, the Latitude, a 15-unit semi-detached factory development project with a GDV of RM70 million and the Z Residence, a condominium residential project with a GDV of RM550 million.
“The Latitud will be completed in early 2013 while the Z Residence will be ready by July 2014,” he said.
Neoh said the company would be looking for land overseas, especially in Asian countries, after developing a strong foothold in Malaysia.
“It is still in the preliminary stage. We would look into it in two or three years,” he said.
