The Zest is a mixed-use development combining residential, retail and commercial elements to rejuvenate the well established neigbborhood of Bandar Kinrara and adds verve and charisma to its natural surroundings. The Zest houses 720 units of serviced apartments in three residential blocks across 5.6 acres of freehold prime land. There are 44 units of commercial and retail units in the development.
The concept of The Zest is to offer a series of luxe experiences to both the residents as well as the community, creating a comfortable recreational hub. The strategic positioning of The Zest with LRT stations built directly opposite it, this creates a great boost to the infrastructure development for the project. In order to create a high value property to the residents. Trinity Group invested RM7 million to build an access ramp to reduce travelling time by 8km and 15 minutes. As a result. the project received 100% capital appreciation upon completion.
